“Trump kisses Musk’s feet”: Bluesky deletes video due to censorship or employee revenge?

The Bluesky app deleted and later reinstated the post by independent journalist Marisa Kabas, as it was an AI video of US President Donald Trump kissing Elon Musk's feet. The video was leaked on televisions at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Video censored by Bluesky in response to employee revengeOn Monday, February 24, a video was captured on screens inside the government building in Washington. The video shows Donald Trump kissing Musk's toes with the phrase "LONG LIVE THE TRUE KING" above them.
Although the authorities tried to disconnect the televisions, a witness inside the Department recorded the awkward moment and sent it to journalist Marisa Kabas, who published it on her Bluesky account.
The action was linked to Trump 's ban on remote work and the daily recording of federal employees' activities, an instruction managed by Elon Musk.
In the face of the video's controversy, Bluesky removed the video on Tuesday night. This Wednesday evening, 26th, Marisa Kabas responded to the app, stressing the importance of the AI video that appeared on screens as a form of protest.
“Hi. The post you removed was a video broadcast from a government building to protest a fascist regime. It is in the public interest and is legitimate news. Removing it is an attempt to bury history and an alarming form of censorship. I love this platform, but I am shocked by this decision . I ask you to reconsider,” he said.
In response to the backlash and controversy from users, Bluesky responded to the journalist and reinstated the video . “We believe our initial assessment was incorrect and we have decided to restore your post after reviewing it,” he acknowledged.
